GR Ena Kim Expressway Private Limited (“GEKEPL” or the “Company”) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on August 20, 2020 for implementation of the Project “Eight lane access-controlled Expressway from Km 217.500 to Km 254.430 of Vadodara Mumbai Expressway (Ena to Kim Section) in the State of Gujarat on Hybrid Annuity Mode under BharatmalaPariyojana (Phase -I, Package -VI)”. GR Infraprojects Limited (GRIL), controls 100% of the equity interest in GEKEPL.

Total Length of Project i.e.36.930 Km and total project cost set forth in financial package as per clause 23.1 of Article 23 is 2187 Cr. The LOA for the project was issued by Authority (NHAI) on 30July 2020 and Agreement was signed on 7October 2020.
